ATLANTA HEIRS SIGNS NATIONAL BASKETBALL
HALL OF FAMER DOMINIQUE WILKINS TO COACH
Atlanta, GA – National Basketball Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins, NBA All-Star, The Human Highlight Film some call him the best dunker ever in NBA history, has signed to coach the Atlanta Heirs. Per GMGB policy, contract details were not disclosed. Team owner Tiny Harris stated, “It gets no bigger than Dominique Wilkins when you are talking about Atlanta basketball. He is a legend, he’s one of the best professional basketball players to come out of Atlanta, and he’s well respected in the community and all over the world. I am honored to have him as our head coach.”
Dominique Wilkins says, “This is a phenomenal league. It will be history to witness co-ed professional basketball at its highest level of athleticism. September 23rd we will show the world what our organization is all about. TAMEKA “TINY” HARRIS SIGNS TWO-TIME OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST ANGEL LAJUANE MCCOUGHTRY TO COACH ATLANTA HEIRS
Atlanta, GA – Angel Lajuane McCoughtry, WNBA superstar and franchise player for the Atlanta Dream has signed on coach and play for the Atlanta Heirs co-ed professional basketball team. Team Owner Tiny Harris says, “This is a major move for our organization, Angela’s hard work and dedication has turned her into a superstar in the WNBA. She’s won two Olympic Gold medals, two World Cups golds with Team USA, she was the number one draft pick for the Atlanta Dream, she was the top player for the University of Louisville, she’s scored more points and more steals than any other player in the WNBA, she’s a six-time All-WNBA team selection and an eight-time All-Defensive teamer. Cox Pavilion showdown professional co-ed basketball played at its highest level. Tiny Tameka Harris, owner of the Atlanta Heirs rivalry game vs Percy Miller aka Master P, owner of the New Orleans Gators. Both teams loaded with WNBA & NBA players, a night filled with action packed competition including a star studded halftime show hosted by the Breakfast Club: Charlamagne, DJ Envy and Angela Yee.
Witness history as NBA & WNBA players compete on the same floor at the same time. Celebrity coaches and owners, will be in the Cox Pavilion competing to win, fun family entertainment at its best. There will be a co-ed 3-point contest and co-ed dunk competition. CEO of the GMGB, Mr. James Scott announced at the Philips Arena in Atlanta on Thursday, August 17th that the New Orleans Gators and the Atlanta Heirs will face off in an exhibition game in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 23rd 2017 at 1pm.
The world will get a taste of Global Mixed Gender Basketball. A co-ed professional league built on equality, equal play and equal pay.
