The New Orleans Gators has just added “Swing Man” Carlos Austin Boozer. He is a USA Gold winning medalist and a two-time NBA All Star. “Boozer can score, play defense and rebound. He will bring power, strength and experience to our organization,” says Head Trainer Donald Hogan. Carlos Boozer is an American professional basketball player that has played in the NBA for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers. The New Orleans Gators will take on the Atlanta Heirs in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 23rd at the Cox Pavilion.

NEW ORLEANS, LA – The New Orleans Gators have signed the Louisiana Connection, all former LSU Tigers and ex-NBA stars with plenty more pro-basketball left in their game: Big Baby Glen Davis 6’9, Stromile Swift 6’10 and Tyrus Thomas 6’11. “The New Orleans Gators will be big, competitive with the 3-Headed Monsters in the back court, nice guys off the court but on the court, real alligators,” says Team Trainer Donald Hogan. The New Orleans Gators are building a championship organization, September 23rd 2017 the world will get a taste of the Gator Power at the Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, NV. Team Owner Percy Miller says, “Having the Louisiana Connection playing for our hometown team is exciting for the city, the fans and our organization, it’s a good fit all around.” Witness history as the first Co-ed Pro-Basketball League GMGB plays at a high-level of competition.

NEW ORLEANS, LA –  Basketball Hall of Famer Lisa Leslie, three-time
WNBA MVP and a four-time Olympic gold medal winner, has signed on as head
coach of The New Orleans Gators professional basketball team. Per GMGB
policy, contract details were not disclosed. Leslie followed her career at
the University of Southern California with eight WNBA All-Star selections
and two WNBA championships over the course of eleven seasons with the Los
Angeles Sparks.Team owner Percy Miller says, “Coach Leslie’s expertise, history and
knowledge of the game will create a championship atmosphere for our team.
We are excited and blessed to have her join our family, The New Orleans
Gators. GMGB is a professional co-ed basketball league and Lisa Leslie is
no stranger to playing against guys earlier in her career. She started off
playing guys from the streets to the pros. I had a chance to experience her
hard work and competitiveness first-hand. I played her during the Summer of
my pro career. She’s smart, she knows basketball and she’s a beast on the
court. That’s the kind of spirit we need in our Gators organization.”

Lisa Leslie stated, “I’m proud to be the coach, the face of this team and
organization. I love that this league stands for equality and giving back.
Can’t wait until September 23rd so the world can witness history as we put
some of the best pro co-ed talent on the same court at one time in Las

METTA WORLD PEACE FORMERLY KNOWN AS RON ARTEST

 

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Gators have signed Metta World Peace formerly known as Ron Artest, it was announced today by Team Owner Percy Miller. Per GMGB League policy, terms of the deal were not released.

 

Team Trainer Donald Hogan stated, “It was a no-brainer inking the deal with Metta World Peace. He’s in super shape and he’s well able to help any NBA team. He will be a huge factor in our league. He’s tough, competitive and plays excellent defense.” The New York native has won a national championship with the Los Angeles Lakers. He has also garnered four NBA All-Defensive Team selections and made the postseason nine times with four different franchises. Fans in New Orleans and the Global Mixed Gender Basketball (GMGB) League is excited and anticipating to see Metta World Peace play in the exhibition game on September 23rd in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Cox Pavilion where The New Orleans Gators will take on The Atlanta Heirs.

New Orleans Gators ANNOUNCE THE SIGNING OF THE GONZALEZ TWINS TO THE NEW ORLEANS GATORS PRO-BASKETBALL TEAM

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Gators have signed guards Dakota Gonzalez and Dylan Gonzalez, team owner Percy Miller aka Master P announced today. Per GMGB league policy, contract details were not disclosed.

“Dylan and Dakota Gonzalez have what it takes to be stars in this league,” said Head Trainer, Donald Hogan. “We are looking forward to showcase their skills on September 23rd at the exhibition game in Las Vegas at GMGB’s first exhibition game.”

The Gonzalez Twins return to Las Vegas where they rose to fame in college basketball at UNLV. Global Mixed Gender Basketball is a co-ed professional league. Dakota Gonzalez says, “My sister and I have been playing against guys our whole life, this is nothing new to us. We play a pretty physical game and we are excited for this unique opportunity with the New Orleans Gators.”
